Flying Kites

                Flying kites is a popular  pastime in our country. Personally my favourite one of hobby...There are kites of different  shapes,colours and size.Most children spend their holidays with flying kites...This gives much time to fly kites and have fun.                      

               Making a kites is easy and inexpensive. Kites can be made using the midrib of coconut or bamboo sticks, tissue papers, cotton twine and glue. It is believed that the first kite was made in China... In the past, kites were used in war to send signals to their troops. The international Kite Festival and  competitions are held in Sri lanka annually. Kites are flown  in open areas like beaches, large grounds... Flying kites is enjoyable not only to those who are flying them but also to the spectators.

    Kites are like our lives ... string holders need to show us the way to the kite. If the string breaks, the kite breaks too. Just like our life ...💞

                      The Interstellar movie is one of my favourite because of the emotion that the Nolan brothers added to the story. I find Interstellar to be more of a story about people's feelings and an unquenchable desire to survive than a science fiction story. Nolan manages to balance a lot of theories that were only built on concept....The bond between Murphy and Cooper is the backbone of Interstellar's story..                      Throughout the film Interstellar we are constantly shown how willing people are to make sacrifices for their own interests and how willing people are to cling to even the most shattered hopes for their feelings.Not only Cooper and Brand, but even Dr. Mann, who has lived alone on a planet for many years, feels to me like a cross-section that shows just how different human emotions and thoughts can be....                             It all started in the room of a ten year old girl.               A healthy lifestyle is a vital part of our lives. There are some things that we must do to live a healthy life. The first thing to do is to ensure that you eat three meals a day. These meals should have the right amount of all the food groups, which are carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, and vitamins. You should not eat any junk food, which is unhealthy for you.The next thing is to exercise daily to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This can be jogging, running, playing sports, dancing, or even walking for a minimum of 30 minutes.                          For a healthy lifestyle, you should also get the right amount of sleep at night. The proper routine is to sleep early and wake up early, with a 7-8 hour period of rest. It is crucial to get enough sleep, but not too much or too little, as it can affect your concentration and your abilities.... Also!!!!!
